Cloud9 Technologies use agile methodology to work on client projects. As you will be working on Act Corp’s migration project, as a Salesforce consultant you are expected to plan the project and divide the user stories created from the gathered requirements into three sprints to complete the project.

Tasks:

1. Create a Google sheet named Act Corp Serivce Cloud Implementation with 3 sprints
2. Add all the user stories and tasks into the project backlog and categorize the user stories into 3 different sprint backlogs based on their order of action and the schedule given in the business case.
3. Invite your team members to be part of the project and track the progress of the tasks of all the team members.
4. Replicate the same in Jira
