Welcome to Salesforce Admin/ Service Cloud Consultant Experience Program.
The 3-week program offers an industry-ready experience that will give you the skills and knowledge you need to succeed as a salesforce admin or Service Cloud consultant
During the program, you’ll work as part of a team to solve a real-world business problem using your Salesforce skills. This hands-on experience will provide you with valuable insights and practical knowledge that you can apply in your future career.
We understand that everyone has different learning styles and may work at their own pace. Don’t worry if you’re not able to finish the deliverables on time – our experienced mentors and fellow learners will be there to support you every step of the way through our community.
At the end of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to present your project and receive feedback from our program mentors. You’ll also walk away with a portfolio project that will demonstrate your expertise to potential employers and clients.

- Day 12 – Deliverable: Business Process and Sales Process Automation
- Day 15 – Deliverable: Data Management, Reporting, and Dashboards
- Day 22 – Deliverable: Final Presentations, Project Submissions, and Download the Certificate
